The terms we both agree to.

• You need authority to use Quick Elements for yourself or your organization.
• You are responsible for your account, your websites, your customers, and the content you publish.
• Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to every site, domain, message, file, and API request you run through Quick Elements.
• Paid services renew until cancelled, and some services may require identity, tax, or bank information before we can activate payments or payouts.
• Your content stays yours. Quick Elements keeps the limited rights needed to host, secure, display, back up, and support the service.
• We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, legal risk, policy violations, or misuse.

These Terms of Service govern your access to Quick Elements websites, hosting, domains, templates, account tools, integrations, support, and related services. By creating an account, buying a plan, visiting the service, or using Quick Elements on behalf of another person or organization, you agree to these terms.

If you use Quick Elements for a company, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Account information must be accurate, complete, and kept current. We may suspend or close accounts that use false information, shared logins, automated signups, or unauthorized access methods.

You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, API keys, verification documents, domain contacts, bank details, and other credentials connected to your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Quick Elements provides tools to create and operate websites, manage domains, use starter templates, access related account services, and connect supported integrations. Some features depend on third-party services such as domain registrars, payment processors, email providers, storage providers, embedded productivity tools, and configured AI providers.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to improve the product, protect the service, comply with law, or manage third-party changes. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that affect paid accounts.

Some services require identity, business, tax, or bank-account verification before they can be activated. This can include government-issued identification, proof of business authority, tax identification numbers, beneficial-owner information, bank information, or other documentation required by Quick Elements, a payment processor, a registrar, or applicable law.

You are responsible for determining and paying taxes related to your business, sales, payouts, employees, contractors, and customers. If you link a bank account or payout account, you authorize the permitted deposits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, corrections, and related transaction activity needed to provide the service.

Paid plans, domains, add-ons, service work, and other purchases may be billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for agreed fees, taxes, renewals, usage, upgrades, and outstanding balances.

Prices, product descriptions, and availability can change. If an account becomes overdue, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access after reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed to reduce risk. Refunds, credits, free-domain offers, annual commitments, service-work commitments, and promotional terms apply only when expressly stated in the offer or checkout flow.

Domain registration, DNS, email, cloud storage, payment, analytics, AI, and other integrated services may be governed by third-party terms in addition to these terms. Domain availability is not guaranteed until the registrar confirms registration. You are responsible for keeping domain contact information accurate and for complying with registrar rules.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, policy decisions, pricing, data practices, or content. We will make reasonable efforts to support integrations we provide, but third-party services remain outside our control.

You may not use Quick Elements for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, spam, malware, security-testing, or resource-abuse activity. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy and apply to your account, websites, domains, files, messages, API usage, AI prompts, generated outputs, integrations, and invited users.

We may remove content, block requests, suspend services, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when needed to protect customers, the public, Quick Elements, or a third-party provider.

Your content is yours. You grant Quick Elements a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, back up, troubleshoot, and adapt your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Quick Elements software, templates, designs, documentation, logos, names, trademarks, code, and other materials remain Quick Elements property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of Quick Elements intellectual property, and you may not remove proprietary notices or imply a relationship we have not approved.

You are responsible for making sure your content, products, services, customer data, and website activity do not violate law or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, and advertising rules.

Some Quick Elements features may route prompts, context, files, or outputs through configured AI providers. You are responsible for what you submit, how you use generated output, and whether generated output is appropriate for your business, customers, and legal obligations.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output generated for other users. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential third-party information, or customer data to AI features unless you have the right to do so and the feature is appropriate for that use.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. If we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies unless we have signed a separate data-processing agreement with you.

You may stop using Quick Elements at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, interfere with the service, misuse third-party services, or cause potential harm to Quick Elements, customers, providers, or the public.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete account data according to our Privacy Policy, legal duties, backup cycles, audit needs, dispute handling, and security requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limits, and dispute terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quick Elements, its officers, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, products, customers, account activity, breach of these terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, misuse of the service, or use of Quick Elements by anyone using your credentials.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific business results, domain availability, AI output accuracy, third-party service availability, or that every defect will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Elements will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Quick Elements for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice before it takes effect. Continued use of Quick Elements after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local law gives you non-waivable rights elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
