Step-by-step for your provider
Use these steps only for a domain you already own somewhere else.
Cloudflare
- Sign in to Cloudflare and choose this domain from your dashboard.
- Open the records area, then click "Add record".
- Set the type to "TXT".
- Copy the Name and Value from Quick Elements into the matching fields.
- Save the record, then click "Check verification" in Quick Elements.
Namecheap
- Sign in to Namecheap, open "Domain List", and click "Manage" next to this domain.
- Open the records tab.
- Under "Host Records", click "Add New Record" and pick "TXT Record".
- Copy the Host and Value from Quick Elements into the matching fields.
- Save the record, then click "Check verification" in Quick Elements.
GoDaddy
- Sign in to GoDaddy, open "My Products", and choose this domain.
- Open the domain records for this name.
- Click "Add New Record" and set the type to "TXT".

DNS is the internet address book. It tells browsers, email apps, and other services where your domain should send people when they enter your domain name in the browser.
What is WHOIS privacy?
WHOIS is the public lookup system for domain ownership records. It can include contact details for the person or business behind a domain. We hide your data by default where privacy protection is available, so public lookups show privacy or registrar contact details instead of your personal information.
What is the best TLD or suffix?
.com is still the best first choice for most businesses because people remember it, trust it, and type it by habit. If the .com is not available, .org, .net, .co, or a clear industry suffix can still work.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Keep the domain at your current registrar, add the verification records we show you, and connect it to any site in your Quick Elements account.
Do I have to manage DNS myself?
If you buy the domain through Quick Elements, we handle the setup. If you bring a domain from another registrar, you only need to copy a few records once, then we guide the rest.
Can one site have more than one domain?
Yes. You can point multiple domains at the same site, choose the main address, and change that later from the same domain panel.
How long does a new domain take to work?
New registrations usually work quickly. DNS changes can take minutes, but some providers and networks may take up to 24-48 hours to refresh everywhere.
