This policy explains what Quick Elements collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

01

Key points

This section summarizes the policy in practical terms. The full policy below explains the details.

  • We collect the data needed to run accounts, websites, domains, billing, verification, support, security, and optional AI features.
  • We do not sell personal information or rent it to advertisers.
  • We share data with service providers only when needed to provide Quick Elements, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the service.
  • You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by using account tools or emailing privacy@quickelements.com.
  • Cookies and similar tools are limited to sessions, security, preferences, and privacy-respecting analytics when enabled.
02

What we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, login activity, role, team membership, preferences, support requests, and security settings. We also collect operational information needed to provide websites, domains, templates, backups, monitoring, email, cloud tools, verification workflows, billing, and customer support.

Depending on what you use, this can include website names and content, domain searches and registrations, DNS settings, WordPress user details, business and identity verification details, tax information, bank or payout metadata, usage logs, IP addresses, browser and device details, error traces, API keys, token usage, prompts and outputs for AI features, and communications you send us.

Payment card details are handled by payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

03

How we use data

We use personal information to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Quick Elements; create and manage accounts; provision websites, domains, email, cloud tools, and templates; process billing and payouts; verify identity or business information; respond to support; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our policies; measure product performance; comply with law; and send service-related notices.

We may send product updates or marketing messages when allowed by law. You can opt out of marketing email, but we may still send transactional, security, billing, legal, and account notices.

04

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, CSRF protection, security, preferences, and analytics. Where analytics are enabled, we use first-party or privacy-respecting tools to understand aggregate usage and improve the service. Our Cookie Policy lists the main categories and choices.

05

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers that help us run Quick Elements, including hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors such as Stripe, domain registrars such as Namecheap, transactional email providers, support and monitoring tools, email and cloud account providers such as MXroute, Roundcube, and Nextcloud where those features are used, and configured AI providers when you use AI features.

We may also share information when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulator, registrar, payment network, or valid abuse report; to protect Quick Elements, customers, providers, or the public; to investigate policy violations; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Service providers may access personal information only as needed for the work they perform for us or for you through the service.

07

International transfers

Quick Elements is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as data-processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, provider commitments, and technical and organizational measures.

08

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, recover from mistakes, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate backups. Account and website data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion. Billing, tax, transaction, abuse, and audit records may be kept longer where required or appropriate.

09

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and service, including access controls, encrypted transport, credential protection, logging, backups, monitoring, and operational review. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting devices, limiting user access, and notifying us of suspected compromise.

10

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, export, or withdraw consent for personal information. You can use available account tools or email privacy@quickelements.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We respond to privacy requests within the time required by applicable law, generally within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

11

Children

Quick Elements is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@quickelements.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our service, providers, practices, or legal duties change. Material changes will be posted here, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify account owners when the change materially affects them.
