Acceptable use policy

The things we will not host.

Last updated · July 3, 2026

This policy applies to every account, website, domain, file, message, API request, AI request, and integration operated through Quick Elements.

01

Key points

This policy keeps Quick Elements reliable for customers and safe for the public.

  • Do not use Quick Elements for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or exploitative activity.
  • Do not send spam, host malware, attack systems, scrape contacts, or overload shared infrastructure.
  • Regulated or high-risk products and services may require approval or may be prohibited.
  • You are responsible for what your users, contractors, customers, and integrations do through your account.
  • Report abuse to abuse@quickelements.com with the URL, domain, or account details you have.
02

Illegal or regulated activity

Do not use Quick Elements for content, products, services, transactions, or activity that is illegal where you operate, where your customers are located, or where Quick Elements provides the service. This includes fraud, scams, money laundering, sanctions evasion, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, unlawful weapons sales, controlled substances, illegal gambling, and unauthorized financial services.

Regulated products or services such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gambling, adult services, health claims, and high-risk investment offers require prior written approval where they are allowed at all.

03

Harm, harassment, and exploitation

Do not publish or promote threats, harassment, doxxing, stalking, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, child safety violations, extremist violence, hate or dehumanizing abuse, instructions for self-harm, or content designed to target private individuals for harm.

04

Malware and security abuse

Do not host, distribute, link to, or control malware, credential theft, phishing, spyware, ransomware, botnets, cryptominers, exploit kits, vulnerability scanners aimed at systems you do not own, or command-and-control infrastructure. Do not probe, scan, stress, attack, bypass, or test Quick Elements or third-party systems without written authorization.

05

Spam and deceptive marketing

Do not send bulk unsolicited messages, buy or rent contact lists, scrape contacts, hide your identity, use misleading subject lines, ignore opt-outs, or use Quick Elements to support spam sent elsewhere. Marketing messages must comply with laws such as CAN-SPAM and any laws that apply to your audience.

06

Intellectual property and impersonation

Do not use Quick Elements to infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights. Do not impersonate another person, business, government agency, platform, payment provider, or Quick Elements. Do not use our brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, employment, partnership, or agency unless we have approved it.

07

Platform integrity

Do not deliberately consume disproportionate CPU, storage, bandwidth, email capacity, AI tokens, API capacity, or support resources. Do not bypass rate limits, create duplicate accounts to avoid enforcement, resell the service without permission, interfere with monitoring, or use automation that degrades the service for others.

08

AI and generated content

Do not use Quick Elements AI features to generate or facilitate illegal instructions, malware, credential theft, deception, harassment, spam, infringing content, regulated professional advice without appropriate review, or content that violates this policy. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or sending it.

09

Enforcement

We may remove content, disable features, suspend websites, block domains, rotate or revoke API keys, throttle usage, preserve evidence, notify providers, refund or refuse transactions, or terminate accounts when we believe this policy has been violated or a risk requires action. We try to contact customers first when practical, but urgent security, legal, payment, or safety risks may require immediate action.

10

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@quickelements.com with the URL, domain, screenshot, message headers, account identifier, or other details that help us investigate. We review credible reports promptly and may ask for more information.

This document is provided in good faith and in plain language. It does not waive any non-waivable rights you have under local law.
